Anthony Brockmann is the head coach of the men’s and women’s volleyball programs at Elk Grove High School, where his leadership has brought remarkable success. Anthony has led his teams to two SJS section runner-up finishes, secured a Delta League Championship, and captured a prestigious CIF NorCal Championship. Anthony is currently the Head Coach at Pleasant Grove High School.
With seven years of club volleyball coaching experience, including the last three at Core Volleyball Club, Anthony has been instrumental in the development of elite athletes. As the assistant coach for the 18 Elite team, he played a crucial role in their recent victory at the USAV Open National Championship.
Anthony is deeply committed to competing at the highest level while prioritizing the holistic development and growth of his athletes. He believes in the power of volleyball to teach invaluable life lessons that extend beyond the court.

With 15 years of volleyball experience as both a player and coach, Kaitlin Ecabert has made a lasting impact at the middle school, high school, and club levels. Her passion for the game and commitment to athlete development are at the center of her coaching philosophy.
Kaitlin is entering her 10th season with Core Volleyball Club and will be coaching the 18 Kai Boys team.
Her experience, leadership, and athlete-centered approach have helped players grow both on and off the court.
Throughout her coaching career, Kaitlin has achieved success at the regional and national levels, earning a Bronze Medal at the 2018 BJNC, a Bronze Medal at the 2025 BJNC, a Silver Medal at the 2026 West Coast Qualifier with the 18 National Girls team, and a Bronze Medal at the 2026 Far Western National Qualifier with the 18 National Girls team. She also helped lead her team to a 5th-place finish at the 2026 Girls Junior National Championship (GJNC).
Kaitlin is Safesport and IMPACT certified and is dedicated to creating a positive and challenging environment where athletes can develop their volleyball skills, build confidence, and learn valuable life lessons that extend far beyond the court.

With an impressive 29 years of coaching experience spanning high school, club, college, and the Men’s Professional Volleyball League, Prima Glorioso is a pillar in the world of volleyball. Her lifelong dedication to the sport began as a standout player at Sacramento City College, where she helped her team secure a 4th place finish in the State of California, and continued her academic and athletic career at Cal State Hayward. Since 2007, Prima has been integral to the NCVA High Performance Program, coaching top A1 athletes and leading the Boys International High-Performance Team to multiple medals at the USA Volleyball High Performance Championships. In 2016 she led her team to a Gold Medal in the Junior International Boys Division. During her time at Menlo College, Prima served as the First Assistant for the Women’s and Men’s Volleyball Program. Prima most recently served as the Recruiting Coordinator/Assistant Coach at UC Davis that earned a Big West Conference Title in Program history.
Prima founded Core in 2006, providing a competitive and supportive environment for athletes, and helping many achieve their dreams of playing at the next level. Core has a remarkable track record of helping athletes play at the next level. As the Program Director for both Boys and Girls volleyball programs, Prima led the Granite Bay Girls Team to a Division 2 Section Title in 2023, and the boys side to two section semi final appearances. Prima’s certifications, including USA CAP II, Gold Medal Squared, Impact, Positive Coaching Alliance, and Champions of Character (NAIA), underscore her commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
Prima remains dedicated to growing the game and inspiring and developing the next generation of student athletes.
Taylor Marks

Taylor has had an amazing playing career including Jesuit High School 21′, and is a DIII National Champion 24′ Cal Lutheran. Last season Taylor was an AVCA First Team All American Setter, and also earned First Team All Region. Taylor is now finishing up his career at Jessup University. Taylor’s coaching background includes Santa Monica Beach Club West (SMBC) 18-2 Head Coach, and Dynamix 17-1 Assistant Coach.

Dina Bulda

Dina Bulda is a respected volleyball coach with 30 years of experience shaping high-performing athletes across high school and club programs. She earned Coach of the Year honors in the Delta League—twice with the girls’ team and once with the boys’—while building winning teams at Laguna Creek High School (1997–2012) and delivering championship-level results at Christian Brothers High School (2012–2014).
For the past two years, Dina has been coaching at Jesuit High School, where she has developed the frosh program and helped athletes grow through disciplined fundamentals and competitive standards. She has also contributed at the club level with Core Volleyball Club (Boys 16-1), including a 2023 Denver Boys Qualifier Gold Medal and a 2024 NCVA Summer Kick-Off Bronze Medal.
Dina’s coaching is defined by consistent success, strong leadership, and a commitment to player development.
James Kim
13 National Head Coach
James brings over 15 years of club volleyball coaching experience in the Sacramento area, with a track record of developing athletes who go on to compete at the collegiate level. After stepping away to raise his daughters, he returned to the court two years ago with a renewed perspective — and a personal stake in the youth game he loves. James is excited to continue bringing his experience and passion to Core Volleyball Club.
Sara Marks
Girls 14 National Head Coach
Sara Marks brings more than 30 years of coaching experience at the club, junior high , high school, and collegiate levels. She just finished the season as the Head Coach of Core’s 13-1 National Team and is currently the Girls Varsity Competition Head Coach at Saint James School, Sara has built a reputation for developing athletes, creating championship-caliber programs, and fostering positive team cultures.
Throughout her career, Sara has led successful programs at Jesuit High School, Dynamix Volleyball Club, Woodland and Pioneer High Schools, Sacramento City College, and numerous other Northern California programs. During her six seasons as Head Coach at Jesuit High School (2018-2024), she compiled an outstanding 162–25 record (.866 winning percentage), leading the Marauders to five consecutive Delta League Championships, back-to-back CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Division I Championships, and two CIF NorCal State runner-up finishes. Her coaching excellence has been recognized with multiple Coach of the Year honors, including Delta League Boys Volleyball Coach of the Year (2019, 2022, 2023), Sac-Joaquin Section Boys Volleyball Coach of the Year (2022, 2023), Golden Empire League Women’s Volleyball Coach of the Year(2004), and Delta League Women’s Volleyball Coach of the Year (1998). Most recently, she guided Saint James School to the 2024 Parochial Athletic League JV Competition Championship.
Sara is passionate about helping athletes maximize their potential both on and off the court, emphasizing skill development, competitive excellence, leadership, and being a student of the game. Her commitment to player development has helped numerous athletes advance to collegiate volleyball opportunities while building strong foundations for long-term success.

TJ Corgiat

TJ Corgiat is Elk Grove born and raised. He attended Elk Grove High School, where he played on the men’s volleyball team. TJ’s love for the game continued through taking volleyball courses in college. His passion for the sport is evident and focused as our middle coach. TJ has been coaching with Core for 5 seasons. TJ is an assistant coach at CRC College for the indoor and beach programs.

2024 USAV 18 Open National Champion
Lj was a former player here at Core and won a National Championship in 2024 for USAV 18 Open. He later went to CSU Northridge for his freshman year and played on the club volleyball team receiving defensive player of the year. He came back after one year and is now coaching Inderkum High school Varsity for both boys and girls while also coaching 16 National for boys and 16 elite for girls here at Core. Lj was a libero and setter who always had a calm but energetic way of playing while also implementing high iq attributes and discipline. He has years of experience and a high knowledge on the game helping the younger generations become great volleyball players.
