Our Summer Ball is designed to introduce players to the sport of volleyball in a fun, and safe environment. We offer four different sessions throughout the year (Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall Ball). The program is led by our experienced Core Staff and assisted by our prior players returning from College.

We offer four levels: Players will be divided up by age and skill level

Beginner/Intermediate: Our Program is designed for girls age 9-14 years old. No prior experience required.  Players will be grouped according to age/skill level. Participants will learn the fundamentals of volleyball (passing, serving, setting, and hitting) and work on individual and team skills.  Our goal is to ensure our participants learning the game of volleyball while instilling the love of game.

Advanced/Elite: This program will be high paced, with lots of reps and scrimmage playing opportunities. Players will be split by age and skill level to insure proper level of play. Players will learn to play Doubles, Quads, and Full 6 v 6 Competition. This program is for the experienced players, staff will continue to emphasize fundamentals, and add advanced volleyball techniques with a heavy concentration on footwork and arm swing technique.  Athletes will train twice weekly during this four week program.

Training is twice a week during the four week program and includes 8 volleyball training sessions. Players are split by age and skill level.

Our experienced staff will teach the fundamentals using philosophies from Gold Medal Squared and USA Volleyball. This program is a great introduction to the world of Club Volleyball.
