The Fall Ball Program is for advanced and elite players who have played a minimum of two years of club volleyball.
This program is a great introduction to the world of Club Volleyball. For the more experienced players, staff will continue to emphasize fundamentals, and add advanced volleyball techniques with a heavy concentration on footwork and arm swing techniques.
Training is twice a week during the ten week program and includes 20 volleyball training sessions, 20 strength/conditioning training sessions and a t-shirt which is passed out at last training session.
