Boys Sand/Grass Volleyball

Core will be offering a sand/grass program open to males and females ages 10-18. Our Sand/ Grass Program is an opportunity for players to gain increased ball control, communication skills, and movement to the ball. Sand Volleyball naturally adds a conditioning component which will increase your players indoor capabilities and stamina.
Sessions: Players will be placed in training groups based on the skill level, age, and sand experience. Practices will be held in Dublin and Pleasanton, or Livermore and will be two hours long. Teams will train twice weekly during this six week program. The registration fee includes a t-shirt for each participant and 12 Training Sessions.
