Girls Sand/Grass Volleyball Program

Tuesday & Thursdays; July 7-Aug 13, 2020

Session A:  8:00-10:00am 

Ages: 10-14

Volleyball Training 
Session B:  10:00am-12:00pm

Ages: 15-18

 Core will be offering a sand/grass program open to males and females ages 10-18. Our Sand/ Grass Volleyball is an opportunity for players to gain increased ball control, communication skills, and movement to the ball. Sand Volleyball naturally adds a conditioning component which will increase your players indoor capabilities and stamina.

Practices: Players will be placed in training groups based on the skill level, age, and beach experience. If you are signing up for tournament play then you will be grouped with your partner. Practices will be held in Dublin and Pleasanton, or Livermore and will be two hours long.  Practice times and days will be based on the players skill group and placement. Practices will start the week of July 7th-August 13th. 

 For the more experienced players, staff will continue to emphasize fundamentals, and add advanced volleyball techniques with a heavy concentration on footwork and arm swing techniques.

Teams will train twice weekly during this six week program. The registration fee includes a t-shirt for each participant and 12 training sessions.
